These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website www.marqindore.in and the services offered through it by MARQ Indore (“MARQ”, “we”, “us”), operated by Taikun Entertainment. By using the website, creating an account, or making a booking, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Eligibility and entry to the venue

  • The website is for adults aged 18 and over. Entry to the venue is only for guests aged 21 and above and a valid government photo ID is mandatory at the door.
  • Smoking, vaping, tobacco, gutkha and paan masala are not permitted on the premises. Outside alcohol may not be brought in, and entry in a visibly intoxicated state is not allowed.
  • Closed-toe shoes only — slippers, sandals and flip-flops are not permitted.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw entry, and to ask a guest to leave, for disorderly, disrespectful or inappropriate conduct towards other guests or staff, at management’s sole discretion. Management’s decision on entry matters is final.
  • Alcohol is served only to guests of legal drinking age and in line with applicable excise laws. We may refuse service at any time.

2. Your account

  • You sign in with a one-time code sent to your mobile number or email, or with a password. Give accurate details and keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity on it.
  • One person, one account. Do not share your codes or password with anyone.
  • We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse or in breach of these terms.

3. Reservations and entry passes

  • Bookings depend on availability. A booking is confirmed only after any required payment is received; a table may be held for a short time while you pay.
  • The advance paid online secures your table and is part of its price. The balance must be settled at entry before you are seated.
  • A minimum spend equal to the table’s booking value applies once you are seated.
  • Tickets and QR codes are for the named guest and booking. You may not resell them or use them for any purpose other than entry to MARQ.
  • Table, line-up and event details may change. We will try to tell you of significant changes.

4. Prices and payments

Prices are in Indian rupees and include or exclude taxes as shown at the time of booking. Online payments are processed by Razorpay; your card, UPI or bank details are entered with Razorpay and are never stored by MARQ. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Photography at the venue

MARQ photographers and cameras capture club nights, and you may appear in event photos and videos that we publish on our website and social media. If you would like a photo of you removed, email taikunentertainmentindore@gmail.com and we will take it down.

6. My Photos

My Photos is an optional service that shows you the event photos you appear in. It uses a reference photo and face matching, and only after you give explicit consent. Only add another person’s photo if they have agreed to it. How we handle this data is explained in our Privacy Policy. You can remove a person or delete your account at any time.

7. Acceptable use of the website

  • Do not use the website unlawfully, to harm others, or to interfere with its operation or security.
  • Do not scrape, copy or resell our content, or try to access accounts, data or admin areas that are not yours.
  • Do not submit false bookings, false payment details or other people’s information without their permission.

8. Intellectual property

The MARQ name, logo, photographs, text and design on this website belong to MARQ or its licensors. You may view and share the website for personal use, but you may not copy or use our content commercially without our written permission.

9. Third-party links and services

The website may link to or rely on third-party services, such as Razorpay, Google, Instagram and Facebook. They have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, MARQ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, and our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above shows the current version, and continued use of the website after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
